I think that's only for you to choose.
I don't bitch on ppl who have it, they have reasons. The same with ppl who cut themselves or are bulimic. ofc it's a disease ! but, ppl having such problems shouldn't be treated special - they're just like other ppl, but are overexpresive. and we should reach out to them if there's a possibility ofc.

and about the photo, the idea's very good - that basic question, tangling the measure tape. umm... covering you mouth with the measure tape would be nice too but work on exposure - look what you're showing in the background, and watch out with the clothes.
